The Radio and Television Museum was opened at Diósd on
1st of December 1995, the 70th anniversary of Hungarian
broadcasting and the centenary of the radio. Adress:
Radio Station -H- 2049 Diósd, Kobányai út. Telefon:
00-1-23-382-372 You can take a bus No.3.from Móricz Zs.
Square (Budapest) up to Nagytétény Angeli str., and the
bus No. 13 up to Diósd. Open: 10-16 h - closed on
Monday. The museum is an active Radio Station for foreign
broadcast programs, thus visitors have to register at the
entrance.
