ARCHEOCOMP Statutes
The Statutes of the Archaeocomp Association were made in 1991.
There were some minor changes in basic data and some extensions of profile, especially on the field of museum informatics.

2. General aims of the Association:
Services of interdisciplinary archaeology in Hungary and abroad in the field of archaeometry, archaeobotanics, archaeozoology and related sciences - biology, oecology, geology, soil focussing on.
- scientific research and development,
- training,
- public education and public collections,
- metrical sciences and informatics
This aim is set to render the above facilities available in large circle at minimal costs also for the non-specialists.
3. Specific aims of the Association:
- performing and supporting interdisciplinary analyses on archaeological finds with means and equipment in the charge of the Association or its members
- supporting training in related fields
- supporting publication in related fields
